My shampoo bottle boat got awarded at an expo, sitting on a simple stand, so I had to make something more appropiate: Floating dock/store, made from an old radio, ball pens, paint can lids and more. Plus tons of styrene.

Since I got a bit lost in the Suzuki exhibit (more than 3 hours) the plan had to be changed, and I went to see the model dioramas by Yamada Takuji.
This gentleman, probably unknown to us, has won numerous awards for his dioramas and has been featured in everything from television to specialist magazines.

His small, exquisite exhibition, where one can lose oneself in the details, is hidden in a shopping mall (entrance fee 300 yen).
