I've a problem loading some VSTs into #Reaper. One of them is "Spinner LE", a free #Leslie cabinet simulator (see https://freevstplugins.net/spiner-le-leslie-simulator-v-1-0/?amp=1, for example).
There's no problem to load this #VST into Hermann Seib's #VSTHost (https://www.hermannseib.com/vsthost.htm).
I also installed Reaper as portable, to only load Spinner LE, but with no success.
There are some other VSTs unable to be loaded by Reaper, also #VST3 plugins.

Any further idea?
Are similar problems known by other users?
