I think I'm going to stick with this upright mouse. Once you get used to the gentle pinching you have to do to hold it, it's pretty good. It's not worlds better than my last one based on the orientation, but it is a good mouse.

They also aren't "one size fits all"; my hand is a little too big for the one I have. I'm going to stick with it for a week to see if I really like it.
I'm trying an upright mouse. It feels ~weird~. Tapping is more like *pinching* bc you have to grip with your thumb, and the buttons and wheel are counterintuitive at first bc they're on their side. It takes a minute to tell your body that nothing's changed even though your hand is in a different position.
