Sometimes my #UnfinishedThoughts might be a sign of my own #MentalHealth. My thoughts might be a sign of a certain mental state, when I "air them" then I get aware of them and the rest of the world too. Some #exposure is fine to me. To have #SelfKnowledge I need to #sacrifice something. I might need to sacrifice some of my #Privacy or #PrivateLifeState, in order to share something that I might not have been aware of is happening inside me, unless the exposure turns into new #compulsivebehavior
