After the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck, went to Uncle Tetsu, a Japanese cheesecake place. Japanese cheesecake is lighter and spongier, more cakelike in texture.

Have not had since they opened years ago, only got because I noticed they had pandan coconut flavor. It's SO good.😊
