Crockett insulted Texas Gov. Greg Abbott at a Human Rights Campaign event over the weekend. Weber interpreted Crockett’s remarks as mocking Abbott’s disability, but Crockett said she was attacking the governor’s policy of transporting migrants to city’s led by Black mayors.
