Well...I survived 30 miles on the bike...and I'm not too sore so I'll take it...even got a couple of sprints in and it feels good to start to get my fitness back...the bike worked perfect even after the six weeks just gathering cobwebs..but it does need a little WD for a couple of squeaks and the idlers on the rear shifter...but first the US Nationals are on live and I'm going to sit on the couch for a while and watch some of the first round of eliminations...
