#UNIDROIT has adopted legal guidance on private law transactions involving the holding, transfer and use of #DigitalAssets as collateral. It's intended to guide States in making their private laws consistent. It's not intended to cover regulated activities, though the UK Law Commission consultation on #DigitalObjects goes there.
