Volgens Twitter zijn delen van de belangrijke broncode van het sociale mediaplatform online gelekt, schrijft The New York Times. Twitter lichtte vrijdag het online platform voor softwareontwikkelaars GitHub in dat de code daar gepost was. Github verwijderde de broncode nog dezelfde dag, meldt de krant, die juridische documenten erover inzag.
