With very few one-off exceptions, my entire life I've been fortunate to be able to fall asleep in mere minutes (once I step away from the current project, lol) and sleep like a rock until morning.

For *some reason*, I've slept like crap for the past week. 🤔😖 Unable to go to sleep, sleep soundly, or stay asleep.
