@aristotelesbr as far as I know, the #Hotwire ecosystem uses WebSockets with the Turbo stuff.

I think especially the #TurboStreams thingies are entirely relying on #WebSockets which are persistent connections.

But @marcoroth and @ayush surely know far more about that whole topic than I do. 😉

Just tried out Turbo Streams and I'm really impressed with how it simplifies client-side updates. After playing around with it for a bit, I'm starting to get the grasp of it now. I like how it allows me to send updates to the client without refreshing the whole page.
