ArbyIch habe gestern einfach mal auf Gut Glück HomeAssistant installiert um zu sehen, wie weit ich da komme ohne meine bestehende Smart Life Umgebung auseinander zu rupfen.
Positiv: Ich konnte die bestehenden Geräte per Tuya-Integration direkt einbetten.
Negativ: Es klappt kaum etwas wie es soll.

Решение оказалось простым - экосистема Tuya и протокол Zigbee. Я купил Zigbee-хаб и несколько датчиков протечки на AliExpress. Устройства стоили копейки, настроить их было легко, и они выполняли свою функцию.
