The "changes" -- a very polite term for mass layoffs, widespread disruption, and profound ineptitude propagating downward through the chain of command -- that Trump has made to our government, together with his personal decision to flout our constitutional limits on his war powers and instigate a pointless war, places him squarely in the center of blame for the massacre of nearly 200 Iranian school children, regardless of what additional blame can be assigned to his underlings. And because Trump works for the voters who voted him into office, they too are responsible for this, though I'm sure their attitudes will be mostly just as cavalier as Trump's own.
How do you know if it's a Mexican drug cartel drone? Because it's near Mexico, of course!
