I watched a Dateline episode where a rich and tv famous infertility doctor (CBS's The Doctors) was charged and convicted of strangling his wife and making it look like she fell down the stairs.

His defense for the strangulation cause of death, the dogs strangled her after she fell by pulling on her neck scarf...
