I really wanted to visit Shakespeare's Globe. But unfortunately my travel companions were more interested in The Tower Bridge. Oh well... maybe next time when I'm visiting London. Shakespeare's Globe is a realistic true-to-history reconstruction of the Globe Theatre, an Elizabethan playhouse first built in 1599 for which William Shakespeare wrote his plays.
