Ce soir j’ai fait ça, entre autres, et j’ai ouvert ça. Et c’était drôlement bon. 😋

La recette des tournedos Rossini est vraiment simple, en plus. (Ce soir je n’ai pas mis de beurre, mais juste un peu de gras de foie gras qui s’était détaché du bloc.)
