Had another great (but rather hot) tour day out on Saturday, this time taking a group of mostly North Americans to see some colonial Georgian architecture (and icecream) and to feed some kangaroos (not icecream). The promised rain came just as we drove back to their cruise ship, but we'd been enjoying these skies all day.

It's refreshing when the group recognises the gaps in the history they've been told on the ship and asks me to fill them.

On Saturday I got to share my favourite place with a group of tourists. From the top of kunanyi / Mount Wellington, we look over nipaluna / Hobart towards Port Arthur and beyond.

After a hot hot hot day on Friday, it was 9°C and felt like 0°C with wind chill. Let's call that refreshing.
