@WhyNotZoidberg That bugs me in so many games too, kind of immersion breaking. Just got a new game called Retrowave World and I was like: The mirrors on my car work! 🥳 Of course it's a setting for resource issues, but nice to see. I still have to go back to Deus Ex 1 or Duke Nukem 3D for real working mirrors though. "Damn! I'm lookin' good!"

Afterthought: To answer your question in-game, perhaps the Night City Council banned normal mirrors due to a lobby from whatever corp makes those high-tech ones. 😆 #tootruetobefunny
