DigiVoyagerPlaying Taito's Side by Side Special for PS1 , the predecessor to Battle Gear.
It is a very enjoyable arcade Togue Racer with sharp and responsive controls , more so if one sets the handling to quick in the options menu. The tracks are all well designed and conductive to drifting while still feeling narrow enough to give the thrill of Togue racing. I did not notice any rubber banding either. As said elsewhere it is basically an Initial D game.
