Tim Houston is a miserably failed premier brought to power by the urban voters. His healthcare election platform was nothing but an empty political promise to coax the clueless into getting their votes! All he has to show for is an overpriced unfinished building procured from a benefactor! The cost to refurbish and reno the structure to accommodate the medical system infrastructure alone will be staggering!
