Foggy dog walks around my favorite place to run. Berkeleys aquatic park is a fine example of a park that’s consistently evolving. In the 70’s and 80’s it was a water skiing destination. In the late 90’s and 2000’s it fell apart. In the 2010’s it became a gay hookup site. Now it’s got a rowing club and disk golf course.

Foggy Oakland evening walk home.

When the fog is this I’ve found it to be frighteningly quiet. Like a hush falls on everything and we are all desperately looking into the gray.
