Viel Geballere, wenig Story. Die Charaktere sind pure Klischees und ihr Handeln bleibt bis zum Ende vorhersehbar. Zudem erfährt man nichts über die "Purge", was man nicht durch einen vorherigen Teil bereits erfahren hätte.
