One of the first grunge bands was the Kim Warnick and Lili Gargiulo fronted Fastbacks. A bit more pop-punk than the more metal influenced bands that followed. “Impatience” (https://tinyurl.com/54uad7fn) / No Strobe (https://tinyurl.com/3uwpa5us) is from their 1992 album “The Question is No” (https://tinyurl.com/msnnwsna). One of the most prolific and long lived grunge bands, they broke up in 2002.

A band whose sole album got overlooked was Tres Mts (Three Mountains) a side project of various members of #grunge stalwarts #PearlJam, influential hard rock/metal power trio #KingsX, and #punk band #TheFastbacks; an album of 70s classic rock inspired riffs and earthbound tunesmithing.
