@csgraves Do you mean democracy as it currently exists is not democratic, so not broken? Capitalism wouldn’t exist without the negative-sum gaming of two party democracy by making its elections depend on corporate finance. To make it clearer, democracy as it exists serves corporate sovereignty, so is not democracy given it can be defined otherwise. No market can function without Capital, but by regulating it to favour the interests of corporations colonial interests capitalism is the capture of democracy. It inevitably becomes fascism as their investors use their wealth to gain power, which results in antitrust monopolies to favour deregulation. Democracy, can be conceived to protect and serve the democratic rights of diverse interests. Since the people have not and possibly cannot defend and serve an interests democracy on pain of censorship, unemployment, imprisonment and or death <democracy broken: the choice of democracy cannot be voted for>. It can be fixed, if corporate democracy is defeated? It will not, while money buys elections!
