LessThanPerfectIl y a 10 ans, #TheApartments sortaient un miracle d'album intitulé No Song, No Spell, No Madrigal.
L'album sorti hier est à la hauteur de son grandiose prédécesseur. Cette fois, plus de breakup songs mais des chansons hantées pour la plupart par l'angoisse de la mort. Plus de divins arrangements de cordes signés Amanda Brown (The Go-Betweens) non plus, mais des cuivres savamment dosés et qui savent s'envoler au moment opportun ("Another Sun Gone Down").
Et, surtout, c'est toujours aussi désespérément beau.
Alors oui, sans hésiter, that's what the music is for.
