@SmudgeTheInsultCat This made me laugh. I survived Christmas 2022. Sadly, it’s not a time of year I can enjoy. It’s good to have people over and I enjoy seeing them but it’s very testing on my mental health.

As ever anxiety kicked in and the build up was much worse than the reality. I know this but I always put myself through it beforehand. My coping strategies just about held up but it’s been exhausting. #Anxiety #ThankFuckForThat #MentalHealth
