Grimes County Texas, has agreed to give SpaceX a 100% property tax abatement for its proposed $5B Terafab semiconductor chip manufacturing facility.

In exchange SpaceX agreed to remit a lump sum of $10M to the county, followed by $20M annually for 35 years.
