I’m enjoying this particular concoction. I made soup with ALL THE GARLIC, fresh herbs, and veggies.

I picked up some chicken chorizo burgers from the butcher shop while I was on vacation and I’m so glad I did. So much yum! I broke them up into a crumble that I added to the soup.
Now everything’s cooling in glass containers for the week. I’ll also be eating Thai House leftovers until they’re gone.
