I've found that ND folks in general have a problem with holding on to issues, and often replaying social errors.

Our brains evolved to be social : being kicked out the group was often a death sentence, so mistakes are magnified and prioritised (often at 3am trying to sleep).

Talking therapies *help*. Talk to a pet, a picture, friend, even a therapist : put your thoughts in order and get them out. For some, art or writing helps.
