@[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] Grundsätzlich werden alle Hoster sich *"schadfrei halten"* und sämtliche Informationen bei bekanntwerden selbsständig an Behörden weitergeben um sicherzugehen dass diese *"Providerprivileg"* und keine *Mithaftung* erhalten.
- Gerade weil mit Bekanntwerden bzw. Kenntnisnahme rechtswidriger Inhalte deren Providerprivileg schwindet.
