Wenn man zu zweit vom Darß nach Lübeck möchte und einen ganzen Tag Reisezeit investieren kann, aber mit dem kompletten Feriengepäck unterwegs ist (pro Nase 1 Koffer, 1 grosse Reisetasche, 1 Fahrradtasche), ist Fähre Rostock — Travemünde eine gute Option? Also hauptsächlich wegen Gepäck?

Und während die anderen Fahrzeugführer an der Wartelinie ein Sch***Haus haben, warten wir hier ohne, bzw. mit Bahnhofstoilette die man mit Kronen (so richtig geprägte Münzen, die wir die letzten 10 Tage nicht gebraucht haben!!) öffnen kann😡

Wow, at least it's not just Calmac that are completely rubbish. It does make you wonder why skilled manufacturing like ferries is consistently behind and over-budget.
There's a slight irony that a Ferguson was involved with the Tasmanian ferries. Seems like a surname one should keep away from ferrying.
Both the ferry company TT-Line and ports firm TasPorts are state-owned, and in August the infrastructure minister, Michael Ferguson, and TT-line chairman, Mike Grainger, both resigned.
