My contact at DoR PAD is retiring this fall, handed me off to a new contact. But before she goes, she's going to add a new "Project Type" column to the spreadsheet versions starting next year:
Apparently the legislature invented "Micro-TIFs" too.
LB 1021 (2020) allows any city outside of Douglas, Lancaster or Sarpy Counties the option to participate in an expedited review of a Micro-TIF project. This form should be used to apply to a city for an expedited review under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 18-2155.
And maybe the DOR PAD reports include those as normal TIFs? So maybe my website is already capturing all "Micro-TIFs" as a subset of the data?:

I emailed my contact at the DOR PAD (Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division) to make sure. #TIF #TaxIncrementFinancing

#TIF, die man mit #MSTeams verschickt, behalten zwar ihre Endung, werden aber so randommäßig auch mal ungefragt in JPG umgewandelt ... oder in der Größe geändert ...
