In an effort to avoid the dual carriage way into Pleven, I routed myself up a parallel road. Unfortunately that one is being completely rebuilt. You are allowed up it.

Somewhat have misjudged the transition from 24/7 Albania and North Macedonia to rural Bulgaria (on a Sunday). Didn’t quite run out of anything key but it was a little close. Found a very fast serving grill with a great view now to stock back up a bit. #TCRNo11 #TCRNo11Cap125
