T7LA London Running
Let’s get some miles in to start our day in London! We have over a hundred rooms booked per night at the Canary Wharf Marriott, so it makes for a great area for this run. Check the route for the official starting point. We’ll meet up there. We debated picking a route with some famous landmarks, but we don’t want to eat up too much of your morning. Get your miles in, then sightsee or do whatever else you have planned before the Mets/T7LA pre-game party. We picked an existing route that looks pretty awesome. It’s just under 4 miles long and has plenty of spots for photo ops if you feel so inclined. If you aren’t feeling up for 4 miles (this is a great warmup for The 7 Line 7K!), do less and just meet back up at the start. All paces and distances are welcome, so please spread the word to anyone else looking to get their steps in with our group. Wear a Mets hat or shirt for our group photo! MEET AT THE BIG BUOY. Stretch and meet up at 7:45. Run at 8. at 8.
