I had the honor and privilege to present David Wright with this gift before the game today. A signed jersey from @[email protected] with a plaque that says “Captain, Thanks for the memories. The 7 Line Army”. As a kid growing up loving the @[email protected], never in my wildest dreams would I ever picture myself being on a first name basis with any players, let alone ones with their numbers retired by the team.
