Super glad to see that New Zealand will be hosting the next International Cool Climate Wine Symposium.
The first one was held there in 1984, and again in 2006, the latter of which I take great pride in because I was on the organising committee.
20 years after, the NZ Society for Viticulture and Oenology are again hosting the event. I'm sure it will be another great chapter in this series of symposia!

Hila Keren is our final contributor to the virtual symposium on Mel Eisenberg's contracts scholarship (with Mel's responses still to come). You can read her thoughts on the role of morality in contracts law here: https://lawprofessors.typepad.com/contractsprof_blog/2023/03/virtual-symposium-on-the-contracts-scholarship-of-mel-eisenberg-part-ix-hila-keren.html
Finding Morality in Contract Law Hila Keren When I was a (much) younger post-doctorate fellow at the Center of Law and Society in Berkeley, I was lucky to experience some of what Ethan Leib shared in his contribution to this...

Melvin Eisenberg Harris Hartz A few years ago I was interviewing a clerk applicant, not Shawn, when somehow the topic of contract law came up. I said that I had been surprised at how much insightful literature had been written...
