貧困層の人がNY市警?かな?に違法に乗車してるとかみなされて狙いうちにされてるらしい
そういう人を助けようとかいう運動らしい(こんな雑にしかわからんが)
アメリカって「さあ皆でコレコレしようず!!」ってキャンペーンがちょっとウザいくらいあるとバイリンガルのアメリカ住みの人がちょっとげんなりして言ってたけど、基本的にはこういう行動起こすハードルが超低いってのは評価できる
そうしなきゃやってけないってことなんで良いことって言えるかはアレだけどこういうの見ちゃうと日本はなんかさすが幸福度ひっくい国だよ
