I was really intrigued by this short that @swiftandtips posted where he had a foregroundStyle that adjusted automatically to the color of the background (so that it would be most visible).
I finally got around to trying it and it seems to work really well. The symbols at the bottom I'm using as a test case are changing their color automatically to a better choice.
