Danke! Nicht mehr nötig, ich habe die kostenlose Core Edition von Zorin OS 18 installiert. Nach der Surface-Kernel-Installation anhand der entsprechenden Hilfeseite von Zorin funktionierten Touchscreen und Stift auf meinem Surface Tablet Pro 7 mit i7-Prozessor perfekt. Danke nochmal für den Tipp! Vielleicht kaufe ich die Pro-Edition von der irischen Softwareschmiede. Ich werde mir mal die Beschreibung zu Gemüte führen.
