Ich hab vor 3 Monaten einen Mobilfunkvertrag bei Lebara abgeschlossen.

Nach 5 Supportanrufen und 10+ Emailwechseln, haben sie es immer noch nicht geschafft die SIM Karte zu aktivieren, eine Rufnummermitnahme auch nur einzuleiten oder den Zugang zum Onlinekonto wiederherzustellen, den sie im Lauf des Verfahren irgendwie gelöscht haben.

Den Vertrag hab ich jetzt wieder gekündigt und kann vor Lebara nur warnen.

so far, I called the main support line, who transferred me to business support, and the lady I spoke to there told me she can't help me and I should jot down the number to call

Habe bei Vodafone 4 Rufnummern weil ich eine damals von der Telekom mitgebracht habe. Diese eine Nummer ist die einzige die benutzt wird (Eltern und so...).
Ohne die Option "Homebox" kann man nur drei Nummern haben. Ratet mal welche sie löschen wollen...
