The sun is rising so far in the southeast now that it has almost reached the position of the Brocken (the highest mountain of the Harz range).

It was very cold again this morning so I didn’t go cycling once again. 🤷🏼

I can totally understand that the sun was often seen as a god by people of the past. Every time I see it come up at the horizon I’m in awe.

This morning I hurried to a get to a good viewing point along our local hill Benther Berg and admired the rosy spectacle from there, together with the #Waldwinkel sheep ☺️
