Prasanna | பிரசன்னா ⁂At present, the #OSM #StreetLightMap queries data from #Overpass API service for every pan and zooms beyond zoom level 12 while zooming out. I am thinking about implementing a local storage based caching mechanism in the browser with 5 minutes of expiry to avoid burdening the API server.
As you can see in the screenshot data is loaded on Zoom level 12 and clustered. Why not reuse the data loaded from lower zoom levels into higher zoom levels?
