Michael"Winter Storm Park Closures:
Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Portola Redwoods State Park, and Castle Rock State Park will be closed Wednesday, January 31 and Thursday, February 1 due to high winds and potential flooding caused by the forecasted winter storm. Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park will potentially be closed on these dates too, depending on the storm's impacts.
The parks will be evaluated for reopening on Friday, February 2. "
