Increase the minimum age yes. And focus on affordability. Decades of #QE and its abomination off springs have left middle class bereft of purchasing power, while inflating the wealth of already prosperous. The wealthy have been made more wealthy while the middle class and poor more poorer. Wealth has been sucked from the middle class and handed over to the rich.
