The Stop the A38 campaign group has a court hearing fast approaching on 14 May. They're trying to stop an environmentally disastrous Government road scheme in Derbyshire. If it goes ahead it will fell thousands of trees including a rare veteran oak, destroy wildlife sites, demolish homes, increase traffic, increase air pollution and carbon emissions as well as opening up the area to even more urban sprawl. They've managed to stop the road scheme and its harm for over 4 years.
