A TROCA juntou-se com várias ONG europeias e internacionais, na subscrição da declaração “Impedir que oligarcas russos processem em resposta às sanções”, que apela a um acordo mútuo entre União Europeia, Reino Unido, Suíça e Ucrânia, para pôr fim à ameaça de casos ISDS baseados em sanções.
Em 2025, a TROCA produziu e publicou um Folheto e uma Brochura no âmbito da campanha europeia, com informação relevante sobre o mecanismo ISDS nos acordos multilaterais e bilaterais de livre comércio.
Materiais a serem utilizados nas actividades a desenvolver pela TROCA, na campanha deste ano, que visa o fim do ISDS, pela protecção das pessoas e do Planeta.

Continuamos expostos à ameaça de casos julgados em “tribunais” paralelos, envoltos em secretismo e sem as garantias de transparência e idoneidade asseguradas pelos tribunais nacionais. Por isso, a TROCA defende que o Governo Português rescinda ou renegocie todos os tratados bilaterais de investimento portugueses que contêm cláusulas ISDS.
Quanto mais tempo o ISDS controlará o futuro de Portugal?
A TROCA:
- alertou os deputados e deputadas para os riscos associados aos mecanismo de resolução de litígios Investidor-Estado (ISDS).
- explicou de que forma Portugal está refém de investidores estrangeiros e de multinacionais, com graves consequências para a soberania legislativa, a justiça e a estabilidade económica do país.

Na última terça-feira, dia 2 de Dezembro, a TROCA foi ouvida na audiência da Comissão da Economia e Coesão Territorial, sobre a vulnerabilidade de Portugal perante mecanismos de resolução de litígios privados, (ISDS), nos tratados/acordos de livre comércio, alertando para os seus riscos e consequências.
No final respondeu às questões levantadas pelos deputados presentes e deixou algumas recomendações.
