Maybe a constitutional amendment specifying classes of crimes eg murder & treason, that can be brought by #DoJ?

Or it'd be a lot easier if DOJ just came to its senses and wrote a new MOU (I guess that's how they did it before) that allows prosecution of a sitting #POTUS for specific &/or certain classes of crimes.

A lot simpler & easier to accomplish than a constitutional amendment.
