Nothing I love more than representing @SpoonWales in order to raise some money for disadvantaged children. Last week, we raised in excess of £27k at the #ConcreteSpoon event in #Cardiff. #StirringSmiles

So, today we had 450 people over to ours for lunch!
Speakers were #RugbyLegends Martin Johnson & Lewis Moody.
MC was Sean Holley.
Our hosts were the Concrete Society Wales.
VIPs were Bob Norster, Rob Jones, Paul Thorburn, Julian Lewis Jones, Tonia Antoniazzi, the Wooden Spoon Welsh Womens Vets team.
Most importantly - we think we've raised more than £27,000 for disadvantaged children!!!!!!
