Did anybody watch “Still Up” on Apple TV+? Started it earlier this week and I ADORE it. Two lovably dysfunctional characters who I kind of miss when I’m not watching. IMDB lists the show as over, which is a pity. Only three episodes left. I’d love more. #stillup #appletvplus

Très belle surprise que ce Still Up, sur Apple TV+. Je dois avouer que j’étais un petit peu sceptique au départ, sur cette comédie romantique qui essaie de renouveler les codes en imaginant une relation principalement à travers FaceTime.

Néanmoins, les deux acteurs sont excellents et l’alchimie entre les deux personnages est palpable. Au fil des épisodes, Still Up a fini par m’enchanter. Je recommande !

Still Up réinvente la comédie romantique en introduisant quelques idées nouvelles. La série se passe intégralement de nuit, puisque les deux protagonistes n’arrivent pas à dormir, comme son titre le suggère bien. Danny souffre aussi d’une agoraphobie qui l’empêche de sortir de son appartement depuis des années, si bien que l’essentiel des épisodes se déroule par FaceTime1 interposé. Un dispositif original est intriguant, sans suffire pour autant à faire une bonne série.
