This book was freaking hilarious! I found myself snickering through the whole thing. This book had everything a woman would love… Great snarky characters, a strong but again snarky female character, COVID-19, a crap-ton of swearing, football (but Ravens? Seriously?) and… A beach. Yes, a beach! It wasn’t that significant but it was there. As soon as the word Beach was mentioned I screeched out loud, to no one in my kitchen “beach”! Author Ken Harris has a fine sense of humor! And again, I loved the endearing, protective, nature Rockfish had towards Jawnie. Almost brought a tear to my eye. First I read book 2, now, I’ve read book 1. I know, I know! I did it backwards, story of my life! And now bring on book 3 in… March I believe? I will be one of the first on the waiting list. AUDIO - What can I say? LOVED this Narrator! James R. Cheatham was perfect!
